Make more sub-divisions, I believe ARC is the hardest tryout and others think too. There are barely any ARC Tryouts so we need to have more sub-divisions, and departments, so it brings more activity as sometimes we join a dead division without knowing it and it brings less motivation. Or let us join 2 divisions.
