( Basically the trooper recognised me from another encounter, for rking repeatedly, so with the gamepass he brought he kept repeatedly force blinding me and i shot at him once or twice then he tks me. )
You should inform an IN-GAME Officer/Coruscant Guard if somebody is TK’ing. TK results as in-game punishment and therefore does not get processed on the forums.
