A special forces kid places a bomb behind a fence and killed a handful of people in the process including several law abiding immigrants and a couple of troopers and a few divisionals. (in the bottom picture you can see the bomb below the guys feet in the top right corner of the frame)

Random Killing is an offense not handled on the forums. You should always report in-game law breaking offenses to an in-game Officer or Coruscant Guard member.
