Description
I am reporting this user as he was continually shooting immigrants in line, which i warned him against yet he continued, so i killed him to make him stop, and when I killed him I told him it was for improper conduct. He then came back and began shooting me as i was standing at the top of where the T junction of the immigrant line is, he was shooting me from the electricity wall, then jumping back behind it. I had special logs enabled, so i could monitor what he was doing and i saw that he was still shooting random people.
Proof
I have taken many screenshots from the special logs, and i have tried to include them in time context to show he was not in a battle with anyone he was shooting.
