He using walls hacks (check the proof) he was into the building near border spawn.
happaned to me to you can bug inside of there ( the appart door glitches when you getting choke forced or pushed away from a c4 and stuff)
of when you use the jet pack or when you jump and crouche , there many ways.
This is just a glitch.
