327th trooper RKing users in divisional morph, no divisional patrol going to assume users are KOS. Initial reporter approached me, did not know how to use forums so I am reporting on behalf of him.

This user was accepted out of the blue due to an incident within the 327th Star Corps, meaning they were never in the 327th officially and therefore cannot be punished.
