I think an E-10 rank could be cool to round off main GAR ranks but it probably won’t happen.

We need an E-10. Honestly, the only reason to have 9 ranks instead of 10 is to annoy everyone.

If an “Ultimate Officer” rank is being suggested. then I suggest a “Ultimate Cadet” rank.
